We test against your real data on Day 2 and demo a working v1 on Day 5. If accuracy isn't passing 85% on your test set by Day 5, we re-scope or refund. The 7-day timeline is fixed because the work is fixed. If the work isn't holding up, we don't paper over it.

Describe the workflow on the proposal form, we'll scope it, and you get a fixed quote within 48 hours. If it's bigger than a Starter, we'll quote a Workflow Pack ($12,500) instead.

What tools do you integrate with?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Notion, Calendly, Zapier, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks, and most major B2B tools. Custom integrations are part of every build. If you use something niche, mention it on the proposal form and we'll scope it in or out.

What about data security?

Agents run in your environment using your authenticated accounts. We don't store your customer data on our servers. We pass on regulated data engagements (HIPAA, SOC 2, FINRA) in year one until our compliance posture is locked. If you're regulated, tell us up front and we'll either route you to a partner or stay out of the way.
